Most Phase 2 epic belts require one Nether Vortex. Weapons like Dragonstrike Stormherald and Bloodmoon require two each. Some chest pieces require two as well. Check the specific crafted item you want. If you are unsure message us in chat after ordering and we will confirm the exact count for your spec.

Yes. Both raids require attunement quest chains. Serpentshrine Cavern requires completing the quest "The Cudgel of Kar'desh" which starts in Heroic Slave Pens. Tempest Keep requires the quest "The Tempest Key" which starts from an item dropped by Pathaleon the Calculator in Heroic Mechanar. If your character is not attuned we offer attunement as a separate service. Contact us before ordering.
