Depends on which title and weapon you want. UWU and UCoB are the oldest and award The Ultimate Legend and The Legend titles respectively. TEA gives The Perfect Legend title with an iconic glowing weapon. DSR and TOP are harder and more prestigious. FRU is the newest and currently the most relevant. All of them award permanent Legend titles.

Current-tier Savage drops gear tokens for 730/735 ilvl depending on the tier and slot. Weekly lockouts apply so the boost may run across multiple resets for full gear acquisition.

Yes. Asphodelos, Eden's Gate, Sigmascape and Deltascape on Normal must be completed. Eden's Gate: Sepulture (Savage), Sigmascape V4.0 (Savage), Deltascape V4.0 (Savage) and Asphodelos: The Fourth Circle (Savage) must also be cleared for Ultimate unlock requirements. If these are not done, contact support.

Yes. Every Ultimate title stays on your character permanently once earned. They are not seasonal or removable.
