This requires running Coilfang Reservoir dungeons (Slave Pens, Underbog and Steamvault) repeatedly while turning in Unidentified Plant Parts and Coilfang Armaments. Normal mode dungeons stop giving reputation after Honored for most content so you end up grinding Heroic Steamvault daily and Normal Steamvault indefinitely until you hit the cap.
