Depends on your class and spec. The Aldor enchants give Attack Power, Healing Power and Defense - better for melee DPS, tanks and some healers. Scryers give Spell Damage, Spell Crit and Spell Hit - better for casters. The difference is small but Aldor generally wins for physical classes. Most importantly you can't easily swap once chosen - switching requires grinding back through Neutral which takes weeks.

Friendly to Exalted needs roughly 1200 Mark of Kil'jaeden or 95 Fel Armament. Marks drop maybe 30% from demons, Armaments drop 2-3% from elite demons in dungeons. Most players farm for 2-3 weeks running Shadow Labs and killing demons in Shadowmoon.
