What is Scarlet Uniform in WoW SoD?

Scarlet Uniform is a feature of Phase 8 in Season of Discovery. It’s a set of items required to disguise your character and seep into the lands of New Avalon. These gear pieces are craftable, so you have to obtain the associated recipes and find the necessary resources first. While most of the recipes are obtained by farming NPCs in Tyr’s Hand, some of them are earned only in the Scarlet Enclave raid instance.

What is Scarlet Insignia in WoW SoD Phase 8?

Scarlet Insignia is a key component of your disguise. This symbol on your armor will help you stay masked while attending the land of New Avalon. Using it, you will be able to deceive most of the enemies on your way.

How do you get Scarlet Insignia in WoW Classic?

The item is earned by completing a certain 3-step questline:

  1. Scarlet Activities. First, you need to start quest at Light’s Hope from Leonid Barthalomew. This part of the quest requires you to kill Elite Scarlet Infiltrator that can be found in Tirisfal Glades. Upon killing the enemy, you will get the associated quest item. Now you can return to the starting point;
  2. Unrest at Tyr's Hand. The quest giver will ask you to find out what’s going on in the Scarlet Base Camp. You must visit the location and have a conversation with Commander Beatrix. Return to Leonid;
  3. Gathering Intelligence. You will be asked to gather additional information in three locations. To do so without attracting attention, it’s recommended to get masked by speaking with Inquisitor Jociphine;
  4. New Avalon. Now you have Scarlet Insignia, and Jociphine will offer you to explore the New Avalon lands using disguises. To continue your adventure, you have to gather a 4-part Scarlet Uniform Set, which is the hardest part of the quest chain.

I have seen the light!

Friends... what can I say? I could never stand M+. The people, the pressure, the sheer amount of things happening all at once. I despised it. I was scared of it. I was never confident enough.
And now, after this boost? It's the total opposite. I actually enjoyed these runs. I learned enough, and became confident enough, that I've started joining random keys. And it's all because of my booster. He have me encouragement, he was kind and friendly, patient, extremely apologetic when he disconnected... and I'm actually a little sad that the boost is over now.
People look down on boosts, but I have to say that it's really done a lot for me. 10/10 would recommend. No complaints. No notes. Worth every penny.
